The Entertainment Community Fund Financial Wellness Program seeks to engage, educate and empower performing arts professionals about the role of money in their lives. Proudly sponsored by Actors Federal Credit Union, this single-session, interactive workshop introduces the concept of financial wellness and addresses the fundamentals of budgeting with multiple and episodic streams of income. We will consider common financial challenges among entertainment industry professionals, and discuss approaches and strategies that make sense when you don't always earn and spend the same way each month. You will begin to solidify your financial goals, identify key resources, and learn a simple, step-by-step process for finding your financial starting point. Intro to Financial Wellness is designed specifically to help creative professionals move toward building financial stability. Completion of Intro to Financial Wellness is required prior to enrolling in our multi-session workshops and groups, including Managing Cash Flow and Psychology of Money.

SEQUENCE Art can be created with order or disorder; a plan or in chaos. Technology-based art can embrace or ignore process in new and intriguing methods. Sequence at Touchstone Gallery invites artists or artist teams to submit works that are created with, or influenced by, technology. Artists and artist teams are invited to submit film, video, video games, digital works, physical works created from digital processes, sound, light, & time based pieces, performance pieces, and more. This exhibition welcomes art created with, in part by, or inspired by any digital technology. Due to the varied nature of media expected, this exhibition will include a physical gallery show, a series of screenings and performances, and a virtual online exhibition. In cooperation with the U.S. Department of State, American Voices arranges a series of in-person and virtual exchange programs that include concerts, live-streamed concerts, collaborative performances with local traditional musicians, lecture demonstrations, workshops, and jam sessions. The programs focus on younger and underserved audiences, with little or no access to American music, in over 140 countries around the world. All American musical genres are welcome to apply.

Museum Assessment Program (MAP) application process: Confirm your museum is eligible to participate. Review MAP costs, process and schedule and ensure your museum has the staff time, resources, capacity, and buy-in to undertake a year-long assessment. Choose your Assessment Type and verify that you meet any special additional eligibility requirements. Read the Application FAQs and use the links included to download the Sample Application to use for planning and drafting your responses to application questions. The Application FAQs also include access to the Official Online Application Form. You will enter your contact information and then receive a link to the full online application via email. You will then be able to complete sections of the application, save them, and then return to the application later by clicking the “Save” button at the bottom of each page. By clicking this button, you will be able to save your information and receive a unique link to return to that page in the application later to finish it. After submitting a completed application, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any difficulties completing the application, please contact MAP staff at map@aam-us.org or 202-289-9118. Applications will be accepted September 2022 through February 1, 2023. Look for an email notification of acceptance status 30-45 days after the application deadline.
