Even in Cumberland County, propaganda influenced the community and aimed to shape public perception during the war. Collin Ramsey has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Rowan University accompanied by minors in anthropology and international studies. His area of expertise is fascism and WWII. Collin is an active docent at the John Dubois Maritime Museum at the Cumberland County Historical Society.
