- Stories of AC | Artist Meet Up | Thursday October 26th from 6pm–8pm at the C.R.O.P.S. Store (2101 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City). This will not be a regular Stories of Atlantic City Artist Meetup—we will not have a schedule for the day, and I will not make you do any strange exercises. We will simply gather together, to enjoy the work we've started.

- South Jersey Cultural Alliance Virtual Holiday Market Open Call: We are looking for up to 15 artists to sell their work in our Virtual Holiday Market from Thanksgiving Break to January 15th. Interested artists can apply to sell their work in our store here. Only artist members of SJCA are eligible to sell in our online store; the application deadline is November 15th, 2023.

- Riverfront Renaissance Center | Artful Giving - Calling All Artists! | We're hosting a unique holiday shopping exhibit called "Artful Giving," opening on November 17th and running through December 31st in our Main Gallery. We're looking for artists like you to participate! | What's special about this exhibit? It's a "cash and carry" gift shop where visitors can buy your art right on the spot. We're on the hunt for a variety of items, including jewelry, woodworking, small original art or prints, cards, glass, fiber art, ceramics, and any other unique creations you might have. - Riverfront Renaissance Center | Call for Tiny Art | Join our upcoming exhibit, coinciding with our November Artful Giving Holiday Shop, which is the perfect time to showcase small, giftable art. | Location: In the Alcove (across from the Gift Shop) Theme: Holiday Shopping - We Want Your Teeny-Tiny Art! Size: All art must be 8" x 8", including the frame, or smaller. 3D art can't be larger than 8" x 8" and is for pedestal display only. If you have any questions, feel free to email Diane at diane@rrcarts.com. We accept all mediums, including 3-D art. Please ensure your art is ready for display when you drop it off. Wall art should be wired and securely framed, while unframed canvases must have finished edges (painted). - Hamilton Street Gallery | Call for Solo Exhibitions or Group Exhibitions | Hamilton Street Gallery, located in downtown Bound Brook, New Jersey, is an exhibition space for contemporary visual art. - Arts Ed NJ |VPA Supervisor Roundtable| Arts Ed NJ is excited to kick off the VPA Supervisor Roundtable by welcoming Dr. Scott Edgar, Director of Practice and Research at the Center for Arts Education and Social Emotional Learning, to join us for an important discussion about Artistic SEL. First, we will discuss how SEL practices are impacting your district/school/arts classrooms. Then Dr. Edgar will guide participants through strategies to build arts educators’ and administrators’ own social emotional learning (SEL) competencies as they work to support teachers in embedding the SEL goals of Identity, Belonging, and Agency into teaching and learning through the four artistic processes. This will also be an opportunity to learn more about the Center for Arts Education and Social Emotional Learning) and the resources available to support Artistic SEL professional learning. - Arts Ed NJ |Empowering Student Artists: Holistic Implementation of the 2020 NJLS-VPA | Join other arts educators and supervisors for this new year-long series! Participants will engage in facilitated dialogue as well as peer-to-peer learning, to actively explore approaches to teaching and learning that empower student artists.
