• New Jersey State Council on the Arts | New Jersey State Council on the Arts Approves Over $30 Million in Grants, Announces Recipients of Inaugural New Jersey Heritage Fellowships | The New Jersey State Council on the Arts awarded more than $30 million in grants to support approximately 900 arts organizations, projects, and artists throughout the state. The grants were approved earlier today at the Arts Council's 57th Annual Meeting in Trenton, which featured a special musical performance by Allison Strong, a 2023 State Arts Council Artist Fellow. | Read More
• NJ Theatre Alliance | ArtsPay NJ Organizational Salary Survey | The Organizational ArtsPay NJ Survey should be filled out by a designated person on behalf of an arts organization. They will give compensation information for all job titles at the organization. All non-profit organizations in NJ for which the arts are the primary focus of their mission should complete this survey. The length of time to complete this survey will vary by the number of employees in your organization, but we anticipate that will take between 30-45 minutes for most organizations to complete, including filling in and uploading the employee compensation spreadsheet, which is the bulk of the information. We suggest having access to your staff payroll system or another record of staff salaries as you complete the survey.

This introspective period will also scrutinize the program's alignment with Arts Ed NJ’s mission and evolving strategic objectives. Although the customary event won't occur, Arts Ed NJ is open to alternative award delivery avenues with partners, reiterating their resolute commitment to honor and applaud the accomplishments of the 2024 awardees, encompassing students, educators, and advocates.
