- NJ Theatre Alliance | ArtsPay NJ Organizational Salary Survey | The Organizational ArtsPay NJ Survey should be filled out by a designated person on behalf of an arts organization. All non-profit organizations in NJ for which the arts are the primary focus of their mission should complete this survey. The length of time to complete this survey will vary by the number of employees in your organization, but we anticipate that will take between 30-45 minutes for most organizations to complete, including filling in and uploading the employee compensation spreadsheet, which is the bulk of the information. We suggest having access to your staff payroll system or another record of staff salaries as you complete the survey.
