The PNC Foundation's focus is to form partnerships with community-based nonprofit organizations in order to enhance educational opportunities, with an emphasis on early childhood education, and to promote the growth of communities through economic development initiatives.
The New Jersey Historical Commission (NJHC) is a state agency dedicated to advancing public knowledge and preservation of New Jersey history. Established by law in 1967, its work is founded on the fundamental belief that understanding our shared heritage is essential to sustaining a cohesive and robust democracy.
The OceanFirst Foundation has been enriching lives since 1996, taking pride in helping various organizations, with a core focus on: Housing, Youth Development and Education, Improving the Quality of Life, Health and Wellness, and the Arts.
The New Jersey Arts and Culture Recovery Fund was created by a coalition of funders to raise and direct much-needed support to the nonprofit arts and cultural sector statewide. Ongoing communication with leaders in government, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector has created a cooperative network of public and private support and ensures the Fund’s alignment with the sector as needs change and evolve.
The New Jersey Cultural Trust, created in July 2000 as a public/private partnership to help ensure a stable and healthy nonprofit cultural industry in New Jersey that is sustainable even in the toughest of economic times.The Trust provides grants to support capital projects, endowments, and institutional and financial stabilization of arts, history, and humanities organizations in New Jersey.
