Job Title: Outreach/ Events Internship

Description:
As the Outreach/Events Intern, you will gain experience in supervising and coordinating Outreach programs as the direct liaison between visiting and resident artists and the schools' administrators. Responsibilities include managing artists' housing, travel, technical and artistic needs; ensuring comprehensive program documentation, evaluation and assessment. In addition, you will gain experience in site, stage and house set-up; recruiting and supervising volunteers; and marketing, setting up and running a small coffeehouse.
Seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication (phone/writing), organizational (filing/data entry), leadership (volunteer supervising), and operational (multi-tasking) skills for these INTERNSHIPS. Available from September 8th - December 19th, 2008. Friendly and casual work environment. Room, board and stipend included. Computer literate. Experience in MAC environment a plus. Driver's license a must. Senior year in college or equivalent experience required. College credit can be arranged.
